During February and March, Pirelli and Protyre teamed up to give customers an exciting opportunity. When two or more Pirelli tyres were purchased, customers received £20 love to shop vouchers and were entered into a prize draw giving them the chance to win a Pirelli Top Gear track day.

The lucky winners travelled to Dunsfold aerodrome, home of the iconic Top Gear test track and set of the weekly TV show, to take some of the world’s most desirable supercars for a spin. Our customers got to slalom in a Mercedes SL & C63, accelerate to high speeds in a Lamborghini Huracan and zip around the notorious Hammerhead and Gambon corners in a McLaren 5705 on the Top Gear test track itself. That’s not all; our customers were treated to a hot lap in a Pagani Huayra which sells for over £2 million.

It would not be the complete Top Gear experience without the Stig! The day was topped off with an appearance from the mysterious, silent racing driver – who took the winners on a once in a lifetime spin around the test track. Appearances from Editor-in-chief Charlie Turner and presenter Chris Harris made the day extra special.
